Account deletion
Delete your Slate account.
This starts a deletion request for your individual Slate account. It does not erase organization-owned workspace records from every collaborator or customer system.
What you need
- Sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Verify your sign-in again if your current session is not recent.
- Type DELETE_ACCOUNT exactly before submitting the request.
What happens after you submit
Slate signs this device out immediately, disables account access, and securely retries active-session revocation if Firebase is temporarily unavailable. The confirmation includes the request identifier, current status, account-access effective date, and categories of records that may be retained.
If you are the only Admin for an active organization, assign another administrator before submitting. Slate blocks a request that would leave an organization without an administrator.
Workspace records and retention
Customer organizations may control access to workspace content, and legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, and audit requirements can require some records to remain. Read the Privacy Policy or contact your organization administrator about content owned by that organization.
